These Terms govern access to TwoClient software and related services (“Service”). By creating an account, paying, or using the loader/client, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription

• Plan is USD $10 per month unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. Taxes may apply based on your location.
• You may cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues until period end unless otherwise stated.

2. License

• Personal, non-transferable, revocable license for the paid term and device limits.
• No redistribution, resale, reverse engineering for circumvention of license controls, or sharing accounts beyond allowed devices.

3. Acceptable use

• You are solely responsible for complying with Minecraft/Mojang/Microsoft terms, server rules, and applicable law.
• We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or security risk.

4. No warranties

• Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uptime, feature availability, or any outcome in-game (including anticheat results).

5. Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. Changes

• We may update the client, force updates, or change these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
