Terms of Service
Rules for using Nullpoint software, loaders, and related services.
These Terms govern access to Nullpoint software and related services (“Service”). By creating an account, paying, or using the loader or client, you agree to these Terms.
01 Subscription
- Plans are sold per client (CS2, L4D2, Java 1.8.9 internal) at the prices shown at checkout. Current list prices (USD): CS2 and Left 4 Dead 2 are $15 per month. Java 1.8.9 is $5 per month. Existing customers retain the access they purchased. The former Fabric 1.21.4 product and Nullpoint Bedrock product are retired.
- Billing is handled by Stripe. Taxes may apply based on your location.
- You may cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues until period end unless otherwise stated.
02 License
- Personal, non-transferable, revocable license for the paid term and device limits.
- No redistribution, resale, reverse engineering for circumvention of license controls, or sharing accounts beyond allowed devices.
03 Acceptable use
- You are solely responsible for complying with game publisher terms (e.g. Valve, Mojang/Microsoft), server rules, and applicable law.
- We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or security risk.
04 No warranties
- Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uptime, feature availability, or any outcome in-game (including anticheat results).
05 Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
06 Changes
- We may update the client, force updates, or change these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
07 Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, or security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.
- On termination, the license ends; paid periods already granted may be revoked for material breach or refunds/chargebacks.
08 Governing law & disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
- Contact us first via the Support page to resolve disputes informally. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Texas may hear remaining claims, subject to applicable consumer protections where you live.
09 Platform
- The Nullpoint loaders and clients are distributed for Windows (x64; L4D2 client modules are x86). Other operating systems are not supported unless we announce otherwise.
10 Intellectual property
- Nullpoint software, loaders, site, logos, and documentation are owned by Nullpoint. The subscription is a personal license, not a sale of the software.
- You may not copy, crack, leak, resell, or publicly distribute binaries, source, keys, or accounts.
- We may suspend or terminate access for that conduct. We may also send copyright takedown notices to hosts and pursue other civil remedies available under applicable law.
- Watermarked builds may be used to identify the source of a leak. Copyright notices: Support.
