Refund Policy

Clear refund windows and purchase conditions. Chargebacks and abuse are not refundable.

01 Monthly seats

• Renews until cancelled in the Stripe customer portal. Cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• First monthly purchase: request a refund within 7 days if you have not completed more than one authenticated download.

Previous purchases retain the refund terms agreed at checkout.

02 Not refundable

• Chargebacks, fraud, account-sharing abuse, or use extending beyond the windows above.
• Chargebacks may result in a permanent ban and device blocks.

03 How to request

• Open a ticket on the Support page with your username, plan type, and reason.
