• Account: username, auth identifiers (Cognito). No email required for accounts.
• Billing: handled by Stripe (we store customer/subscription identifiers, not full card numbers).
• Device: hashed hardware id for seat limits; last-seen timestamps.
• Technical: IP, user-agent, download/audit events, logs for abuse and reliability.

Why

• Provide the Service, authenticate, bill, prevent fraud/sharing, security, support.

Sharing

• Processors: AWS (hosting), Stripe (payments; Stripe may collect receipt email at checkout only).
• We do not sell personal data.

Retention

• Account data for account life; logs limited retention; backups for recovery.

Your rights

• Request access/deletion via drewtruth2000@gmail.com. Some data may be retained for legal/fraud reasons.
